Refund Policy

All cases on Casesora are made to order, however, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at help@casesora.com within 3 business days of receipt with some helpful information including a photo of the product and order number. Once the claim is received, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the claim via email, with the further arrangement.

We will provide you with two options: product replacement or refund.

  1. Product replacement will be arranged at no cost
  2. If you want for a refund, money will be refunded in the full amount of product prices in the original form of payment

This Return and Refund Policy applies only to “incorrect” or “faulty product” upon receipt as a result of our error, and the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept return and refund requests of products due to a change of mind or ordered by mistake or any other reasons.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This only applies to incorrect and/or faulty item(s) upon receipt. We do not keep inventory therefore we cannot accept returns. Plausible reason must be given we do not exchange products due to a change of mind, and any exchange requests of item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by the purchaser will be not accepted.

To file your claim, send us an email at help@casesora.com . Please provide some helpful information, at least a clear photograph of the item showing the defect(s), and the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of the claim.

We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost items due to the incorrect address provided by the purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

CANCELLATIONS
By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of order and transaction that has been processed and/or fulfilled will be rejected.
